Ubisoft always delays Assassin's Creed for PC, and this year the game will also be launched in the second part of November. The developers have explained that they create the versions for the current generation of consoles and then are working on high-end graphics of PS4, Xbox One and PC games.

So, if the quality of Assassin's Creed 4 for PC will be almost the same as the quality of the next-gen games, which system requirements will it have? Today Ubisoft has presented them to the whole community of PC gamers.

If you want to run Assassin's Creed 4 on your PC, it has to meet the following minimal requirements:

  • OS: Windows 8, Windows 7 SP or Windows Vista SP (but only 64bit)
  • CPU: 2.6GHz, 2 cores
  • RAM: 2GB
  • VRAM: from 512MB
  • Video card: Radeon HD 4870 / GeForce GTX 260
  • DirextX: June 2010
  • Sound: the sound card that is compatible with DirectX and has up-to-date drivers
  • Keyboard, mouse, optional controller

In recommended Assassin's Creed 4 system requirements the amount of random-access memory is 4GB, the amount of video RAM is 1024MB or better. Also the game require 4-core processor. The list of supported video cards is the following: GeForce GTX 260 or better, HD5000 - HD700 and GT500 - GT700 series of Radeon HD. The laptop video cards are not supported officially.

Watch Dogs system requirements are even higher. 4GB of RAM and 4-core CPU are among the minimal requirements, but the developers advise you to run the game on the computer with 8GB of RAM and 8-core processor. Also there are "Ultra" system requirements for Watch Dogs, among which 8GB and 8 cores are considered to be the lowest points.
