According to the official announcement of the game series’ developer - 343 Industries company, - the Halo 5: Guardians release date exclusively on Xbox One is planned for autumn 2015.
As the studio’s general manager - Bonnie Ross - has stated, some key elements of the new project are taken from the previous series parts, but the Halo 5: Guardians game itself will be much bigger than Halo 4, for example. Besides that, the next instalment of the John-117’s adventures is developed on the base of the new engine with the latest modern technologies. It will help create such a gameplay, which will be fully coincided with the requirements of the next-gen console.
Ross also believes that this project will demonstrate all the talents, knowledges and the abilities of the 343 Industries team.
It’s worth saying that the Halo 5: Guardians game will hit the stores almost together with the premier of the Halo TV series, which is directed by Steven Spielberg.
However, not only 2015 will please the franchise’s fans. According to Bonnie Ross, the developers will reveal, which surprise they have prepared for the players this year, on June 9th at the Xbox E3 2014 press-conference.
