First rumors about a possible remake of the second instalment in Halo game series called Halo 2: Anniversary appeared last summer, but it seems that now they have being confirmed.
This time we are talking about the alleged Halo 2: Anniversary release date, its platform and some features of the project. Thus, according to the information published on NeoGAF forum (who is known because of frequent rumors’ confirmations, represented there), Halo 2: Anniversary game will be released November 11 for Xbox One. Also those who will buy the project will have access to the beta test of Halo 5 (it’s a working title so far) - a new instalment in the series, which will be launched in early 2015.
It still remains unknown why the developers have decided to do a remake of the second instalment of the franchise (maybe because of the anniversary of the project), but Halo 2: Anniversary game will bring us the significantly improved graphics (because, as you know, the difference between the first and the last Xbox is huge) and a variety of in-game add-ons.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that so far all the abovementioned information is only rumors, so we ask you to take it with a grain of salt and wait for the official confirmation.
