As you remember, dear readers, the launch of the upcoming RPG for PS3 and Xbox 360 will take place very soon - on March 11th in North America and March 14th in Europe. But yesterday Namco Bandai company shared some pleasant news with its fans. Thus, according to the post on the official project’s page on Facebook, the Dark Souls 2 release date for PC has been set on April 25th, 2014.

However there’s some more information from the developers concerning the game. Besides the Dark Souls 2 release date for PC, the studio has revealed the details about the pre-order bonus for the console and Steam users, and has published several new screenshots and a fresh Dark Souls 2 trailer.


Almost 3-minute long Dark Souls 2 trailer shows the first part of the prologue. The video encourages the players to start the adventure and to get rid of the Curse.

The new project’s screenshots are no less colourful and impressive than the Dark Souls 2 trailer. You can see the medieval knights, fighting against the demons, dragons and other beasts.

As for the owners of the consoles, who will pre-order the game, they will get the Black Armour Edition, including the original soundtrack, the exclusive metal case and the early access to the special Black Armour Weapon Set. If the users make the pre-order in Steam, they will receive the official artbook, the digital comic book and the bonuses from the Black Armour Edition.
