As you remember, last week, the developers of the forthcoming survival horror - The Evil Within - presented the recommended characteristics for PC, which will help the players appraise this project worthily. However, Bethesda wasn’t going to reveal the list of minimum parameters at all. But yesterday, in the official studio’s blog, the fresh post, which includes minimum The Evil Within system requirements, appeared.
“While we still recommend this benchmark to experience the game in all its glory, we also recognize the need to provide information on how you can play the game with a wider range of PCs”, - the developers have stated.
So, here are minimum The Evil Within system requirements:
- OS: Windows 7 or 8.1;
- Graphics: GTX 460 or an equivalent with 1GB VRAM card;
- Processor: i7 or an equivalent 4+ core processor;
- Memory: 4GB;
- Hard Drive: 50GB of free space.
As we see, the most obvious difference of these characteristics is in the video card only. Other The Evil Within system requirements are identical to the recommended ones.
Also, Bethesda has noted that the owners of the PCs with the minimum parameters won’t be able to enjoy many visual effects and the 1080p resolution.
