Thus, yesterday the head of Ubisoft - Yves Guillemot - presented the financial report for the third quarter of the fiscal 2013-2014 year. According to this document, Ubisoft’s profit has significantly increased, and in order you be able to imagine at least the approximate figures of its revenue, we will only tell you that the sales, for example, of Assassin's Creed 4 amount to 10 million copies! But Yves Guillemot also said that Ubisoft are going to stop and wait for the even greater success after the release of its such ambitious projects as Just Dance (new part), The Crew and Watch Dogs, which are scheduled to be launched in the first quarter of the fiscal 2014-2015 year. It means that the release of Watch Dogs game, like the other two abovementioned projects, will be held in the period from April to June. And now, dear gamers , this is the official information, provided by the head of Ubisoft.
"This year, Ubisoft has consistently distinguished by the high quality of its creations, an element that will be crucial to ensure our future success and the growth of our financial performance. In 2014-15, we will move to the next level with the launch of new franchises and particularly ambitious brands in the first fiscal quarter with the release of Watch Dogs."
Besides, the CEO of the French company announced that, unfortunately, Watch Dogs release date on Wii U delayed once again. So if you wait for the game on this platform, you will have to be patient, because in the near future the project‘s version for the console from Nintendo won’t be launched.
"We have taken the difficult decision to postpone again the Wii U version in order to let our teams focus on the versions that will bring more benefits to both Ubisoft and our customers".
