Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel game, which was announced not so long time ago, will be smaller than the previous part in the game series. This information has been shared by the president of Gearbox Software company - Randy Pitchford - and the game writer - Anthony Burch - in one of their interviews. They have also revealed some details concerning the project’s development and its future price.

According to the studio’s representatives, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel game will be bigger than the original one, but the players shouldn’t expect it to be as large as Borderlands 2.

As for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel price, for the current moment it’s being discussed by the specialists from the publisher company - 2K Games, - and they are the ones, who will make the final decision. Probably, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel price will be average between the costs of the first and second parts in the game series.

Pitchford has also answered the question about the future DLCs for the new project. “Right now all of the energy is being focused on the game, but I think that’d be awesome, - he said. - There’s a lot of places we could explore. There’s four characters we’re doing – we imagined more than that. It’d be awesome to build more characters too. We’ll see. I don’t want to make any promises yet, but as a content creator it’d be awesome to do more”.

Well, we hope that Gearbox Software’s team will present a really worthy project to the fans of this universe, because there’s not so much time left to wait for its release. Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel game is promised to be launched on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 later this year.
