The publisher of the upcoming adventure game - Focus Home Interactive - has shared several new Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments screenshots and also has announced the approximate launch date of the project.
According to the message on Twitter, the Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments game will hit PC, current and next-gen consoles in early September of 2014.
Besides that, after switching from the old engine to Unreal Engine 3, the developers have improved the project’s graphics and have made it high quality. It has helped the seventh part in the series about the Sherlock’s adventures become much better than the previous ones. As we see, the Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments screenshots show the more realistic locations, where there are the dynamic lighting and shadows. And you have probably noticed that the appearance of the main characters has also changed visibly.
Unlike the previous parts in the series, the Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments game will include not only the third-person view, but also a first-person one. It will give you a chance to feel yourself as a real detective in the thrilling world of the Conan Doyle’s novels and get more emotions from the gameplay. You will have to make the weighed decisions, which will influence the plotline and the future destiny of the heroes.
