Less than a month ago, Crytek company announced Ryse: Son of Rome on PC. But then the developers didn’t tell the exact game’s release date and didn’t specify the project’s system requirements in order you are able to prepare your PC.

But today, thanks to the Steam shop, in which the pre-order of Ryse: Son of Rome was opened a couple of hours ago, we have got to know the project’s launch date and its system requirements. So, according to the information published in Steam, Ryse: Son of Rome release date is set on the 10th of October, 2014. And it means that we have to wait only a bit more than a month!

But, as we told you earlier, Ryse: Son of Rome release date (on PC) it’s not all that we’d like to tell you today. In the same online shop, the Ryse: Son of Rome system requirements have been published, and we want to share them with you. So, if you want this game to work normally, your PC has to meet the following specs: 

OS: Windows Vista (SP1)/7/8, but only 64 Bit one;

CPU: Intel Dual-Core with 2.8 GHz clock frequency, AMD Dual-Core with 3.2 GHz or better;

Hard Drive: 26 GB of free space; 

Memory: 4 GB;

Video Card: DirectX 11 graphics card with 1 GB VRAM;

Sound Card: has to be compatible with DirectX with the latest installed drivers; 

Version of DirectX: 11.
