According to the official information, the Alone in the Dark: Illumination game will tell the story of an abandoned mining town - Lorwich - in the Virginia state. Once, this territory was prosperous and famous for its industry. But during the awful flood, the citizens were evacuated, and all the mining objects were destroyed.
The players will have to find out what the cause of this catastrophe was. But on their way to the salvation, they will face the strange creatures, which appeared from nowhere. However, some unnatural power - the Darkness - will be the most terrible enemy of the gamers. It can transform into various shapes - from the fog to the dreadful creatures. And it’s impossible to guess what will happen next.
The Alone in the Dark: Illumination game will include a cooperative mode. Four classes of the characters will be available in the project - the Hunter, the Witch, the Engineer and the Priest. The future Haunted House: Cryptic Graves game will let gamers try the role of Anya Graves who has the gift - she can communicate with the dead people. This ability is the main emphasis of the survival horror. With its help, the players will have to find the answers to the very complicated puzzles. And by using the physical powers, the gamers will combat with the evil spirits and other creatures from the afterworld.
