It seems that today is a day of the new projects’ announcements. Recently we have reported about new RPG - Angry Birds Epic, and now we hasten to please the fans of quality games on mobile devices.
Thus, yesterday Zombot Studio - a company that has been recently created from the former employees of such giants as Bungie, Rockstar, 2K Games and Ubisoft - announced its first and a quite ambitious project - the game for mobile platforms, entitled Project Galaxy. According to Zombot Studio’s representatives, Project Galaxy game should erase the borders between console and mobile projects. Their main goals are the high-quality graphics (like on the consoles), almost the same amount of content and the longer-session gameplay, which, as you know, is quite short on the mobile devices. The developers from Zombot Studio are well aware that they will face a difficult task because it’s impossible to port the game from the console on a mobile phone, for example, and expect that it will look and work as perfectly as on the console. They will have to use a variety of innovative technologies and think otherwise.
Although there isn’t a lot of information about the project, but we are happy to share with you the one we know for sure. So, Project Galaxy is a sci-fi game which will allow players to design their own mechs and take part in PVP and PVE battles. This project, according to Ben Berens - company’s CEO, - will be released in early summer for all mobile platforms.
