We haven’t heard anything new about this motion picture for a long time, but today, fortunately, we have some fresh interesting details, which we would like to tell you.
The last information, told by us at the end of April, concerned the new director of Assassin's Creed movie. And today, we’d like to share some fresh rumors (not confirmed information so far) about the film’s protagonist and the time, when the motion picture’s action will take place.
Thus, the new details have been revealed by Film Divider site, which, referring to its source inside the company, involved in the film’s creation, has told about the role of Michael Fassbender and some key moments of the plot. But let’s talk about everything in order.
The film’s action will unfold in two epochs (as it was in many games in this series thanks to Animus) - in the 15th century (in the times of Spanish Inquisition) and in our days. Michael Fassbender will portray two characters at once - an assassin, named Aguilar de Agarorobo, who lived in the 15th century, and a death row inmate, Michael Lynch, who nowadays becomes a pawn in the eternal Assassins-Templars war and will be the subject of different tests.
As for the main villains, whom we will see in the upcoming Assassin's Creed movie, they are Tomas de Torquemada - the first Grand Inquisitor in Spain (the real historical figure) - and Alan Rikkan - CEO of Abstergo, which is situated under the control of Templars.
Besides it, we know that there will be a woman-assassin, who will help the main hero. But who will perform this character is unknown so far.
We’d like to remind you that Assassin's Creed movie will hit the cinemas of the USA on the 7th of August, 2015.
