Surely, most of you remember the trailer of the upcoming action-adventure, which appeared at the end of July and demonstrated the project’s heroine - Elise - for the first time. Not many details about this mysterious girl were known then. And at gamescom, Ubisoft studio has shared the information why this Assassin’s Creed Unity character is very important for the future game’s plot.
In one of the interviews, the project’s creative director - Alex Amancio - has told that Elise and all her family is a part of the Templar Order, the members of which are the assassins’ implacable enemies. The girl knows well how to hold a sword, she’s very intelligent and self-confident. The developers have tried to make this new Assassin’s Creed Unity character strong, irrespectively of gender.
Amancio has also marked that the relations between Arno and Elise will remind us the story of Romeo and Juliet. Even though the heroes will take the opposite sides, they will fight for their love despite all the difficulties on the way. Such a twist will make the story of the next instalment in the action-adventure series more serious, tragic and thrilling.
It’s worth mentioning that this Assassin’s Creed Unity character caused the ambiguous reaction among the fans of the franchise.
