Last month we reported that the publisher and the developer of Diablo 3 game - Blizzard company - decided to change the tradition of testing its products, attracting in this process the most active gamers. And today we would like to tell you that this plan has already been implemented in the beta test of the first big Diablo 3 DLC.
Thus, it has become known that Diablo III: Reaper of Souls add-on is on the stage of closed beta testing from yesterday. According to Blizzard Entertainment, if you have received an invitation to take part in the Reaper of Souls closed beta, then you can start doing it right now. If not, then you have a chance to get this opportunity. You need to go to beta profile settings page in your game’s account, to check a box "Beta Tests I'm Interested In" and click on "Update Preferences". But note that it won’t guaranty that you will test Diablo 3 DLC for sure, it’s only a chance.
Besides it the developer has announced that players will have the option to copy the existing characters from Diablo 3 game to beta add-on, but they will be able to do it once in 72 hours. Blizzard has also asked to leave the opinions about add-on, to post the screenshots and videos on battle.net, but not forget that Diablo III: Reaper of Souls is still in development, and thus its content can be changed.
