Yesterday, Warner Bros. Entertainment company has announced that the Batman: Arkham Knight release date is set for the next summer. Thus, the new action-adventure will appear on PC, PS4 and Xbox One on June 2nd, 2015.

Let us remind you that originally the Batman: Arkham Knight release date was planned for autumn 2014. However, then, Rocksteady Studios said that the developers need more time to make sure of the product’s quality.

Later, the rumors about the new Batman: Arkham Knight release date began to spread all over the Internet. According to the screenshots from the Microsoft’s official online store, the project’s launch must have happened on February 24, 2015. But, as you see, the rumors have stayed unconfirmed, and it seems like the game’s creators have specified the terms of release finally.

Also, Warner Bros. studio has shared the information about two collector’s editions of the upcoming action-adventure, which will be out along with the game.

So, the Batman: Arkham Knight Limited Edition will contain:

  • a special steelbook;
  • the DC Comics Batman: Arkham Knight №0 issue;
  • an 80-pages art book;
  • the statue of Dark Knight;
  • an exclusive skin pack.

The Batman: Arkham Knight Batmobile Edition will include all the things mentioned above, but the figurine of the main character will be replaced with a gorgeous transformable batmobile.

This bundle will be priced at £169.99/€199.99/$199.99, depending on a region. It will be available for the next-gen consoles as long as the Batman: Arkham Knight Limited Edition will be launched on PC also for £74.99/€99.99, but only in Europe, Australia and New Zealand. On PS4 and Xbox One, it will cost £89.99/€119.99/$99.99, depending on a region.
